Return Policy

We offer a 90-day return policy on most products.

Returns with valid proof of purchase will receive a refund based on the initial form of payment, such as the credit card used for the purchase. "Valid Proof(s) of Purchase" include the order number, order confirmation email, original sales receipt, pack slip, or return barcode.
To be eligible for a refund, products must be in a clean and resalable condition. Certain items specified below may not be returned once they have been opened.

We reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges regardless of proof of purchase.

When Will My Order Ship?

Your Estimated Delivery Date will be given during checkout and is based on the products selected, shipping address, and shipping method. This timeframe includes both processing time and the time your item is in transit. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include federal holidays within the United States.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer many fast and convenient ways to get you your items purchased online including small-item shipping methods and large-item shipping methods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Large Item Shipping Methods:

Large items exceeding a certain weight limit, like javelins, cannot be sent by traditional package delivery and must be shipped via a large-item carrier.

Large-item shipping methods include Petranoff javelins.

What If I Never Received My Order?

If your order is past the estimated delivery date and has not arrived, we recommend contacting us.

If your order was marked as delivered but did not arrive, we recommend waiting 48 hours from the delivered notification before contacting customer service. Please also check side entrances, with neighbors, or in bushes to see if your package was misplaced.

Some of the information we collect is “Personal Information,” which generally means information that identifies you as an individual, and other information we associate with it. If you register for an event or create an account, if a registration account is available, on one of our event Sites, the Personal Information we collect may relate to minor children. By providing the event organizer (if the organizer is not us) or us with your child’s Personal Information, you represent that you are the child’s parent, guardian or otherwise have the authority to share this Personal Information with the event organizer and us and consent to the event organizer directly sharing such information with us. If you provide us with personal information about any other individual, you represent that you have that person’s consent to give us their information and to be used in accordance with this policy.

II. How We Use Your Information

We use your information consistent with this Policy and applicable laws in the following ways:

Fulfilling, delivering and communicating with you regarding requests for information and orders for products and/or services.
Processing credit card applications, payments, returns and other such transactions.
Providing customer service.
Alerting you to product, service and promotional information, including product recalls.
