The Turbo Discus comes in 2 sizes. 300 gram or 3/4lbs and 500 gram or 1.2lbs.
They are air filled and very soft and safe.
They are the same size as real womens discus and have tough outer skin that is flexible and very safe to use with young athletes inside or out.
