Dear Coaches:
As you may know, I have been core training athletes, parents and coaches in New England for many years. My experience training and competing as a world class athlete is now available on our website. We now have the ability to offer athletes and coaches free on-line core training for all the throwing events in track and field and other sports as well, like Baseball, football and softball athletes.
All throwers would benefit from our core training. Please visit TZA website at www.turbojav.com and log into the On Line Training. Your coaches and athletes can test the program and see what our athletes are doing week by week and month by month. My experience as a two time world record holder as well as professional advise from 4 time Olympian, Knut Hyeltnes and NTCA (National Throw’s Coach Association) Director Joe Napoli offer excellent information for anyone who needs a plan that works.
I currently have a really great group of throwers who train with me here in Rhode Island, following my year long training program. All athletes get tested and are assessed on their strength and weaknesses. 80% of our training is based on core training, athleticism and injury prevention. Training with serious athletes in a productive, positive environment is a great benefit for all. For any athlete that wants to participate in my weekly classes, please have them contact me directly, or I am also available to work directly with your coaches and athletes at your school or club. I have a great network of coaches who utilize my training expertise on many different levels. It is so important to have the correct information and being able to implement it is essential to a successful program.
