Training Recommendations

Turbojav SystemJavelin. The Turbojav is a great tool for developing the mechanics needed in long javelin throws. The Turbojav is durable and can be thrown indoors or out, allowing for year-round training. Turbojavs are a fraction of the cost of real javelins, and they are lightweight (reducing arm stress on poor throws). Turbojav distances closely resemble actual javelin distances.

Turbojavs are available in 300,400,500, and 600 Gram models.

Turbojav SystemDiscus. The Turbo Disc comes in a variety of sizes and weights. The TurboDisc is a soft-core training disc that can be thrown indoors

Turbo Shot PutShot Put. The Turbo Shot is a soft gel-filled training shotput that is ideal for youth and indoor training. The 4.4 pound Turbo Shot allows young athletes to get the feel of the Shot next to their chin and also gives them the abiltity to grip it in their hands. The nearly indestructable Turbo Shot also doubles as a Medicine Ball.
